Special Request to Parents
No school can achieve its optimum result without the co-operation of the parents. Your responsibility does not cease with the admission of your child to the school. You are only sharing a part of your responsibility with the school managment..
- Parents of all children of this school are requested to go though the Handbook carefully, acquaint themselves well with the rules and regulations of the school and ensure that their children abide them. Courtesy, discipline, good manners, honesty, hard work good behavior are to be developed by all and nurtured by the students
- Parents are welcome to meet the management as often as possible to ascertain the progress of their children. They should check the progress report regularly
- Parents are requested to look into the school handbook daily to make note of the homework given or for remarks send to them and see that the students complete the home work. You are requested to make use of the school handbook to send your suggestions or remarks to the management
- Children will not be allowed to go home for functions during the class days. Pilgrimages will have to be arranged during the seasonal holidays only
- Every student must carry the Hand Book to the school on all working days
- Every student must be in time for the assembly as well as for the classes
- Students are reminded that they must be in perfect silence during the assembly and in the classrooms
- Changing the classrooms between periods if any should be done in silence and in order
- No shouting, howling, whistling or running allowed in the school premises.
- Throwing bits of chalk or other similar objects on others and teasing are strictly forbidden
- When leaving the class for the intervals and lunch break, student must go in orderly manner down the corridors and staircases of the school. The teachers will be responsible for discipline and good order in the school at all time. The school leaders and the class leaders are to help to maintain discipline and order in the school
- No students should write or scribble on any wall in the school premises
- Any damage done to the school property should be made good by the one who has done it
- Lending or borrowing money and other articles is strictly forbidden in the school
- The students are advised not to bring any valuable articles to the school. The school is not responsible for the loss of any goods. The students should take care of their belongings
- Books, other than school books and school library books, should not be brought to the school premises.
- The students or the teachers without the permission of the management can raise no subscription for any purpose
- Students should obey the school pupil leader, class leaders and other students on duty
- No gift of any sort, collectively or individually to the teacher is allowed without the permission of the management
- Every student is expected to be neat and clean in his/her person, dress and surroundings
- Visitors are not allowed to go to the classrooms by themselves. Prior permission of the management to see the teachers is essential (school hours)
- Change of address of parents/ guardians should be notified to the management immediately
- Pupils should, at all times show respect and reverence to the school authorities and the staff. They should be gentle and polite to their companions
- Pupils should always remember that the name of the school depends on each one’s good behaviour and that they are real AMBASSADORS of the school and they should be excellent and praiseworthy in their conduct
- It is compulsory to be present on all special occasions such as reopening day, closing day, sports day, teacher’s day, children’s day and all other festive occasions, if any.
- The authorities may enact new rules in future for the efficient management of the school. Those guidelines are also to be followed
- Every parent should abide by the rules of the school. When a parent joins he/her boy/girl in the school, he/she agrees to abide by the rules of the school.
- In addition to the school fees, management may ask the students to pay a small amount for annual day, newspaper subscription, teachers’ day etc., The parents should note it and co-operate with the management. The management has every right to change the rules for the efficient management of the school
- If parents have any grievance, they are welcome to the office anytime during working hours. The management is always open to your complaint and suggestions.
- Text books, note books, ties, belts, badges etc., can be obtained from the office store room paying the prescribed amount. However it is not compulsory to get them from school.
